Understanding the Costs
FEES/COSTS 2012-2013 SOCCER YEAR
As is past years, there are three types of fees/costs:
- Club Fees
- Club Fees are set by the Board and cover costs that are applicable to all players in the same CDYSL Age Group. Club Fees are paid directly to the Club through the registration process.
- Team Fees/Costs
- Team Fees/Costs are set by the Coach/Parents and cover costs of activities that may vary among teams (e.g., extra practices, indoor league play, tournaments, etc.). Team Fees/Costs are paid to the Team Manager.
- Personal Costs
- Personal Costs cover costs that are unique to each player (e.g., uniform, cleats, transportation, etc.)
The Club Fees the 2012-2013 Soccer Year will be as follows:
- U08 Players (Full Travel Program)
- $300 Full Year
- $275 Spring Only (After 4/1/2013)
- U10 Players (Full Travel Program)
- $350 Full Year
- $275 Spring Only (After 4/1/2013)
- U12 Players
- $375 Full Year
- $275 Spring Only (After 4/1/2012)
- U114 and Older Players
- $600 Full Year
- $275 Spring Only (After 4/1/2013)
The Club Fees include:
- All CDYSL and ENYYSA registration fees
- Outdoor Fall practices
- Indoor practice sessions (22) (Full Year Registrations)
- U08, U10 and U12 at Lake Avenue School
- U14 and Older at the Club's Malta Facility (Charbonneau)
- Outdoor Spring practices
- Participation in the Club's Annual May Day Classic Tournament
- All CDYSL Spring 2013 League Play Fees
- Funds required to run the Club and it's facilities (Daniels Road/Charbonneau) including heat, electric, ground maintenance, lining fields, equipment such as goals, nets.
The Club Fees does NOT include:
- A Club Uniform
- All new players must get a new Club Uniform.
- Players with a uniform from last year may not need a new one. (Player moving up an age Division or a team level that has the same number as a returning player will need a new uniforms - please discuss this with your coach and/or team manager.) But may at their discretion purchase a new uniform or piece of a uniform if they wish.
- Purchasing new uniforms will be online from an outside vendor - specific information will be provided later
- Any Indoor League Game Play Fee (At Sportsplex, Adirondack Dome, etc)
- Any ADDITIONAL indoor practice fees (in addition to the initial 22 stated above) a coach may wish to have.
- Any indoor or outdoor Tournament Fees (other than May Day)
- Any coach and/or training fees
- Additional cost for other activities a team may wish to participate in.
